Obviously always garaged since new with no history of any accidents and with a clean Carfax report! Primarily serviced in recent years at 'A.E. German Car Service' of Santa Monica, CA and most recently at the renown Porsche specialists 'Dutch Treat Porsche' of Lawndale, California with original dealer handbooks and manuals available!
Both the car's original color paint and the full leather interior are in good, but certainly not perfect condition, and should be considered a wonderful daily driver quality example with the car mechanically very well sorted with a recent full service at 'Dutch Treat Porsche' with all new front and rear brake discs, pads, sensors, calipers and hoses. The original 'Black' color paint is very presentable but definitely has imperfections upon close inspection as does the original leather and interior which also show minor wear.
The original 3.2L 6 cylinder renown 'bullet proof' engine is extremely strong and very smooth running with a low original 78K miles! The 5 speed manual transmission shifts smoothly and effortlessly through the gears with none of the typical synchro problems common in these early model years and the car drives exactly like a well maintained and cared for 911 Carrera should! The temperature always remains cool and the car does not burn oil or have any noticeable oil leaks. All the options are working as they should. The car has a current California smog certificate.
Owned since new by only obviously very careful and mature drivers, never abused or raced and always well maintained at primarily only Porsche specialists. Overall an extremely fine and rare example of this very desirable and increasingly collectible classic - the 911 Carrera Cabriolet in the most striking and head turning of color combinations!
