V8 RT3 Racing Cobra Replica Roadster #151 professionally built in June 2004 by the renown and highly respected "TR-Tec" of Durban, South Africa and finished and then sold by the also renown and very well industry respected 'Backdraft Racing Custom Cars' of Boynton Beach, FL and powered by a built 418ci V8 paired with a Tremec five-speed manual transmission and finished in 'Titanium Sliver' with 'Black sports stripes' over a custom Black leather interior.

The car was shipped to 'California Cobra', a El Cajon, CA dealer, and sold to its original owner with the 351 Windsor engine stroked to 418 c.i.. with Victor Jr Edelbrock aluminum heads, roller cam, rockers, and Scorpion roller lifters, and Edelbrock AIR Gap aluminum intake with a Holley 770 carb and a BMW Racing independent rear end and confirmed as build # 151 by Reg Dodd (President & CEO) and Cindy of Backdraft Racing.

The fiberglass bodywork exterior details include a hood scoop, a Le Mans-style fuel filler, glass wing windows, a chrome roll hoop and quick-jack points, and side exhaust pipes with heat shields. The 18 Halibrand-style wheels are secured by three-eared knock-off spinners retained by safety wire and are wrapped in 'Cooper Cobra Radial GT' tires measuring 245/40 up front and 295/40 out back.

The cabin houses seats trimmed in Black leather along with color-coordinated carpets and Backdraft Racing floor mats. Amenities include flip-down sun visors, map pockets in both door panels, and Sabelt multi-point harnesses. A wood-rimmed steering wheel sits ahead of instrumentation that consists of an 8k-rpm tachometer, a 180-mph speedometer, and auxiliary displays.
